Appointments:

Arranging the carpool, religious class, dinner and basketball leaves little time for dental appointments. We make every effort to run on time and to accommodate your busy schedule. We have early morning, late evening appointments.

Cancellations:

We appreciate 24-48 hour notice for cancellations to avoid a broken appointment fee.

Insurance Questions:

Your dental insurance policy may seem foreign to you. We stand ready to assist you by answering your questions and helping you to receive the benefits you are entitled to from your dental program.

Payment Plans:

We will arrange convenient payment plans to suit your needs. Insurance plans may be used as partial payment toward your treatment. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We also offer a Care Credit which is a health care credit card that offers up to 12 months interest free payments for qualified applicants.

Please know that your needs are our highest priority. Our commitment is to provide you with the highest quality of oral health care in the most gentle, efficient and enthusiastic manner possible.

What you can expect

Your first visit will include a comprehensive dental exam which will include digital x rays(minimal radiation) an oral cancer screening, periodontal(gum) evaluation, intra oral photographs and examination of your teeth. A thorough debridement(cleaning of your teeth )will also be performed.

We appreciate the value of your time and except for emergency situations, you can expect us to be on time for you. We appreciate the same courtesy. We ask at least 48 hour notice for appointment cancellations to allow us to schedule your reserved time to another patient in need.
